Good morning property hunters. Just logged on to Rightmove this morning and spotted this nice little apartment. Located in Chelmer Village, which is in prime rental territory. Currently on the market with Beresfords for £134,995. It could maybe benefit from having a new bathroom suite as currently has a lovely retro grey one in situ, also maybe the carpets. although it is quite hard to tell from the photos, they look like they could be quite worn.
