Back in after the weekend and after logging on to Rightmove this morning, I spotted this property that has come on to the market in the last couple of days.
The apartment is very well presented and looks as though it is ready to go, which is great and with an asking price of £129,995, it’s cheap as chips, although I reckon there’s got to be a deal that can be done. Due to it being close to the stamp duty bracket, you should be able to get it for £125k.
Even basing it on the asking price though, the return you could get would be 6.2%. This would rent in the region of £675 pcm, especially given it’s condition. (check out the link for full details)
