The property itself, looks really nice, it’s modern, bright and not too bad a location, just on the edge of the City, near the Army & Navy roundabout, so access to the city centre and station is still fairly good. This is what a lot of tenants look for.
Similar properties in the area have rented in the region of £850 pcm, which when you compare it against the asking price mentioned above, is where we get the yield of 5.4%.
