I have finally managed to do my routine check on Rightmove to see where it’s all happening. Can you believe that it is the 1st September already!
This little gem caught my eye. You can’t go far wrong with a nice modern 2 bed apartment if you are looking for a buy to let property. These flats rent out very easily and the yield isn’t too bad on this one at 5.1%
It is advertised with Beresfords at a price of £185k, I’m sure you could squeeze a deal out of it though. This would probably rent in the region of £800 pcm.
This property will attract lots of interest, so my suggestion would be to get yourself down to the agent and get yourself a viewing so that you don’t miss out!
