We have reached the middle of another week now and what a week it has been so far! We have had so many potential landlords come in to see us this week asking for advise on where they should be buying their investment properties.
This one is a property I have mentioned to a couple of people as it looks like a safe bet. It looks as though the owners have spent some money updating it, which is great. Some of the properties in this area have been left in their original condition and are starting to look quite dated. With the amount of new build properties that are going to start coming to the market over the next year or so, the older ones, need to be kept in tip top condition so that they can compete.
This particular one is on the market for £159,995 and we have just rented one in the area for £725. So again, without even haggling on price, you could walk away with a gross yield of 5.4!
