I saw this property this morning
and thought what a great investment property this would be for all you would be landlords out there.
They don’t tend to come up very often, but when they do, they usually fly out of the door, both for sale and for rent. One has just recently rented in the block for £875, basing this on an asking price of £209,995, would give you a return of 5%. Of course, if you get it cheaper to start with, all the better.
