Great Baddow, Great Deal!

Another week has begun and the sun is shining! 


Having a little browse on Rightmove this morning and this property caught my eye. These apartments are a great size and always rent really easily as they are still close enough to the City Centre to appeal to commuters which is good.

This property is on the market with Bairstow Eves at an asking price of £150,000. Comparing this with an asking rent of around £700, you would be looking at a rental yield of 5.6%
