Just popped on to Rightmove quickly and spotted this little number
I’ve mentioned one in this area before, the yields are good and they are modern apartments, so won’t need much up-keep. I’ve noticed one has been let recently for £825, therefore looking at a yield of 4.9% if bought at asking price.
