These modern apartments are a great size and great for rentals, tenants love ’em! Nothing to do to it, just need to buy it and then rent it out.
I’m not sure who the agents are, I’ve not heard of them, (not that it matters), it’s on the market for £185,000 and with rental prices in the region of £800 pcm, you’re looking in excess of a 5% return (5.1% to be precise!)
If I were you though and liked the look of this one, I would call the agents sooner rather than later, it won’t be around for long.
