Hi property hunters. As you know I spend a lot of time looking through Rightmove, (probably too much time) trying to pick out the best options for buy to let properties. It should rent out pretty quick still. Beresfords have got it on the market for £175,000, which considering you are getting 2 bedrooms and parking, is pretty good in my opinion . Similar properties to this have rented in the area for around £775 pcm. Which when you do your calculations, could generate you a potential annual yield of 5.2%.
