This lovely little 1 bed apartment has just come on the market and is definitely worth a look. On for £139,995, unfortunately no internal photos, so I can’t comment on the condition too much, although the agent is saying that it has a refitted kitchen & bathroom, so it can’t be that bad! 

This again is a great location for rentals and you could rent this out for £625 all day long, producing a lovely yield of 5.9%!

I imagine there will be a gaggle of investors chasing after this one
