I saw the the other thought that whilst it isnt bargain of the year, at £190,000 for a good sized 3 bed town house, this want bad value for money on Parklands Way in Galleywood, especially when the last two on the street had sold for £210,000 and £201,000 at the back end of last year.Internal pictures show a cluttered house, but you wont be buying that.
Yes, might want to give it a lick of paint, but it will rent £1100 anyday and if you sprinkle some fairy dust on it, it will rent for around £1200 per month, which means if you can pick her for around £185,000, that’s a yield of 7.8% per annum … for a freehold property!
