I have picked out this lovely little property for all you investor buyers out there. Spotted it on Rightmove this morning. A great 2 bed maisonette, these properties are very popular with tenants, achieving rents around £700 pcm easily.
Although it doesn’t have the most modern of kitchens, it is clean and tidy, by the looks of things. If you were really worried about it, you could probably change the doors on the units for something a bit more modern. This would make it a bit more desirable to a prospective tenant.
On the market for £160,000, if bought at asking price you would be looking at a 5.2% Yield, if you agree a price at anything cheaper, all the better.
