Buy to let is about capital growth as well as yield.
Have a look at this property in Chelmer. On the market for £240,000, considering it was bought for £167,000 in March 2011, that’s a 40% increase (or around 13% a year). I thought at the time (back in 2011, it wasa good buy, and now even at an asking price of £240,000, I still think she will sell quickly. Its nicely presented inside … let’s see what happens (I could be proved wrong!)
