Just seen this property come to the market with Bairstow Eves and if I were you, I would get in there sharpish. At only £85k for a little studio apartment, you will never have a problem in renting this type of property out. Commanding rents in the region of £475, means you would achieve a 6.7% yield!
As I have mentioned before on this type of property, you will probably have a higher turn over of tenant than you would with say a 2 bedroom property, so will need to be aware of this when looking into figures etc, although you wont have to worry about prolonged void periods!
