I was surfing Rightmove this morning and spotted this. A decent sized 2 bed apartment, good kitchen, its been “Lam and mag’d” (Laminate floor and magnolia walls). At £150,000 its not bad. if you can pick it up for say around £145,000, (considering No. 12 Haig went for £143,000 a couple of months ago) if you present them to the renal market in decent order, day in day out they let for up to £695 a month, we are looking at a yield of nearly 6%
5.75% yield on Chelmsford 2 bed .. hurry!
