Back to it now though with this property. I noticed this one a while ago and I think it was sold, but has been re-listed again this week, so maybe the sale has fallen through. If this is the case, make sure you ask why, in case there is an issue with the property.

A property like this should easily achieve a rental price of £700 pcm, which when you do our yield calculation against the current asking price of £155,000, could give you an annual return of 5.4%.
