Good morning everyone. Thought I would try and beat the weekend rush this morning and see what great deals had come onto the market in the last couple of days. There are a couple that have caught my eye, but you’ll have to be quick if you are interested.
This one on Brooklands Walk looks like a safe bet. May need to potentially ‘neutralize’ the decor, although it looks nice, possibly not be to every-ones taste! Similar ones have sold in this area, in this condition between £145k – £150k. You would easily rent this out in the region of £695 pcm. Based on a sale price of £150k (worse case scenario) this would be a yield of 5.6%!

The other one I saw was a 2 bed house in Colyers Reach, This is a really popular area and will fly out the door for rent, It also looks to be a good price to buy, others in the area have come on for around £215k. Rental price you would be looking at is around £850 pcm, producing a yield of 5.1%.
