We had a potential landlord come in to our office a couple of days ago asking for our advice on rental properties, and what they should be buying, we had a look through Rightmove together and we spotted this one, I thought it would be worth putting out there for any other landlords that might be interested.
It’s a 2 bed apartment in Springfield, not the most inspirational from the outside, but hey, you don;t live on the outside looking in! Inside though it appears to have been updated a fair bit with a nice modern kitchen. It has an asking price of £185,000, which doesn’t seem too excessive and when you compare it to a rental guide of £775 pcm, you’re looking at 5% as an annual return.
