This property caught my eye as it says that it is being sold with a tenant in place. it doesn’t say what the tenant is paying, but the last one of these we rented, went for £625pcm. If the current tenant isn’t paying market rent, depending on what contract is in place, you may be able to re-negotiate with the tenant the rental price to bring it up to market value.
This apartment is on the market for £125,000, which seems fairly reasonable given the location. Once this has been calculated against the rental amount, it brings you up to a 6% annual return.
