This apartment caught my eye this morning whilst I was looking through the websites. These flats are a very good size and always rent really easily. The only thing I would probably do here, is neutralise the decor slightly and de-personalise it. It has obviously been done to the current owners tastes, which is fine, but a potential tenant may not appreciate it.
It is currently on the market with William H Brown for £180,000, if you can get a bit of money off, that go towards the re-decoration. We rented a very similar property in the block recently for £750 pcm. So if we base our sums on the max figures, you would still walk away with a 5% yield, which in this market is pretty good!
