When I saw this property on the market with Hamilton Piers, I thought to myself, if I could have 10 of these houses right now, I would be a very happy bunny! I cannot stress enough how much the demand is for good quality property at the moment and with property stock in short supply, it’s a great market for landlords as this in turn may push rental prices up slightly and also large void periods are a distant memory!
This lovely example is on Barrow Chase in Chancellor Park and has come to the market for £217,500, which seems to me to be a good, realistic price, it’s priced to sell in my opinion. Similar properties to this have rented around £975 – £995 pcm, so you could be looking at a potential annual yield of 5.4%.
