3 Bed house in springfield as a potential buy to let property…


This 3 bedroom house caught my eye this morning and thought it would be worth a mention. It’s located on the popular Springfield development, ideal for families trying to move there for the local schooling facilities, which are apparently very good. 

These houses offer quite good space and this particular ones looks as though it has been updated at some point throughout recent years, bringing it up to a modern standard. We have rented properties like this, in this area for the £1100 pcm mark, which when you compare it against the current asking price of £250,000, could generate you an annual return of 5.2%.

The lettings market at the moment is really lacking in the 3 bed sector, so you can’t go far wrong by purchasing a 3 bed, there is no shortage of potential tenants at the moment!
