Just had a look on Rightmove this morning and noticed this house, which I thought was worth mentioning to you potential landlords out there.
Whilst the area may not necessarily be everyone’s cup of tea, the houses still generally rent out quite quickly, as long as they are in good condition.
It is on the market with Bairstow’s for £225,000, which for 3 beds, isn’t bad, that is also down to the area as well though. We rented a house just over the road from this one recently for £950 pcm. This would generate you a gross yield of 5.1%
